Refund policy

At Defacted, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation) is provided

Important: Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. All returns must be authorized by us before being sent.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@defacted.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address

Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns requested or sent outside the 30-day return period

5. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)

We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  • Follow the return instructions provided by our support team

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, original shipping costs may be deducted from the total refund amount

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing time may vary)
